Battery Assistance
 

Battery "boost" and mobile charging for EV offered at $45 + taxes in Gatineau and from $45 + taxes in Ottawa, Chelsea, Cantley, Val-des-Monts and surrounding areas (100 km).

Roadside assistance for jump-starting or charging EV, allowing to reach the nearest fast charging station. Service available immediately or by appointment, with a professional jump starter and an electric assistance vehicle equipped with a generator and a J1772 / NACS portable charging station delivering 7.2 kW.

Liability insurance

The services are covered by a $ 2,000,000 corporate liability insurance.​

  If you are absent during the intervention, the invoice is sent electronically.
  A delay of 24 hours is allocated to make the payment either by E-Transfer or by debit / credit card via email / sms.

• Businesses and organizations whose administrative procedures do not allow payment within 24 hours are offered 30-day payment terms. This option is subject to an administrative fee.
