100% electric door-to-door delivery and transport service ideal for transporting goods, furnitures, appliances & materials or picking up purchases made on Marketplace, Kijiji, IKEA etc. Flat-rate starting at $45. **

Service is destined to small loads and rapid occasional deliveries, often the same day, available on-demand or on-schedule in Gatineau, Ottawa, Chelsea, Cantley, Val-des-Monts and surrounding areas (100 km).

Service limitations​

• Only Martin Charbonneau's labor assisted by professionnal equipment is available with these services.​

• Labor for the transport of heavy and bulky items, such as appliances, sofas, mattresses and bedroom furniture, must be accompanied by the customer or a person close to them and is offered only when there are no steps to pass. Otherwise, transport remains possible only if the customer can provide the labor to move them to the vehicle and take them out at the destination.

The goods in transit are covered up to $20 000 and services are covered by a $ 2,000,000 corporate liability insurance.

  If you are absent during the intervention, the invoice is sent electronically.
  A delay of 24 hours is allocated to make the payment either by E-Transfer or by debit / credit card via email / sms.

• Businesses and organizations whose administrative procedures do not allow payment within 24 hours are offered 30-day payment terms. This option is subject to an administrative fee.
